King’s Family was founded in 2000 by Chang Qing Zhong and his wife, Lee Su Fen. The company began in Tainan City’s rural Qigu district. Starting as an OEM, the company grew its in-house brand through years of industrial experience. “King’s Family is the brand that loves and cares for your family. We give you only the best.”
This quote reveals the company’s devotion to Taiwan. Although the competition within the domestic market has increased over the years, King’s Family insists on supporting local suppliers by mainly using materials made in Taiwan. In 2016, after years of ups and downs, the Chang family finally reached its goal of establishing the first down feather related tourism factory in Taiwan. This factory is based in Mr. Chang’s hometown, Tainan City, where the company’s journey began.
